Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis is pleased to announce the International Conference on Emerging Electrical Energy, Electronics and Computing Technologies 2023 (ICE4CT 2023) which will be conducted jointly with the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) Malaysia Chapter on 14th – 15th December 2023.  
 
ICE4CT 2023 is the fifth edition of the conference series conducted by Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Technology, UniMAP, on a yearly event. Every year, a multi-disciplinary group of researchers and academicians, from all over the world, to present and exchange their breakthrough ideas. the ICE4CT 2023 serves as a fantastic platform and opportunity for the academicians and researchers from various universities to not only build a strong scholarly network, but also to share knowledge and experiences at the international level. 

The conference seeks papers in all aspects of electrical power, power electronic, renewable energy, motor drives, communication, soft computing and optimization, control, mechanical, mechatronic, and intelligent systems. This includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
