Registration

Registration fee covers

  1. Access to all technical sessions for 2 days 
  2. E-Certificate
  3. Paper publication indexed with Scopus
  4. For accepted papers to be presented in the conference, please fill in the registration form.  (Noted that the author needs to login to the email first before the author can proceed the registration through the google form, so that the google form can send the acknowlement of registration submission to the emaill address provided.)

Special Notes

IMPORTANT – Please note that at least ONE author MUST register the conference prior to the final manuscript submission.

LETTER OF INVITATION – Authors of the accepted papers shall request the “Letter of invitation” through here

NOTES – Confirmation email will be sent to you once the registration is completed. That email can be kept as a proof of the payment received. All the bank charges are borne by the participants. The final receipt will only declare the net amount received by ICE4CT (excluding all the bank charges). Registrants need to pay the balance if the final amount received is less than the invoice amount.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY – In the event that the ICE4CT conference has to be cancelled, for whatever reason, the registration fees will be fully refunded to the participants who have paid the fees.  

In the event that the participants who has registered the ICE4CT Conference wishes to cancel the participation, for whatever reason, no refund can be made.
